What are the delivery times and costs?
- Shipping France mainland: €3,95 / 3-6 working days*
- Shipping EU: €5,95 / 7-14 working days*
*Subject to delays on the carriers side.
I aim to take your package to the post office within 2 to 3 days. Packages are sent with a track and trace code. Shipping is handled by La Poste. Contact Laposte.fr if your package is damaged, lost or stolen during transport. They will help you get your lost package back or refund you.
Is it possible to exchange or return a piece of jewellery?
It is possible to return unworn jewellery within a legal period of 14 days (at your own expense). Please contact me first by email: info@ateliercarisma.com. Make sure you repackage the jewellery well when you send it. If you want to exchange, I will refund the first order as soon as I receive it in its original condition and you can order a new piece of jewellery.
What if you do not live in France, is it possible to order?
I ship to all countries within the European Union. If you live in another country, do not hesitate to send me an email. Then we can check together what is possible.
Is gift wrapping possible?
A cotton gift bag is included with every order. You can give and store your jewellery in it.
What's the best way to care for my jewellery?
If your beautiful pendant contains real flowers, they might fade or change colour over time. To keep your jewellery looking its best, follow these tips:
- If possible, do not expose your jewellery to direct sunlight for too long. Store your jewellery in a small fabric bag or box.
- Avoid contact with water and remove jewellery when swimming, showering, in a sauna or exercising. Also avoid contact with perfume, creams and other chemicals such as cleaning products. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom.
- Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the jewellery (to remove skin oils, make-up, etc.) and then dry thoroughly.
Is the epoxy resin safe?
The resin I use is non-toxic and free of nasty compounds and solvents. After hardening, it is even food-safe!
Do you do custom work?
Unfortunately, not yet. I make a collection of new designs every season and don't have the capacity to do any work on top of that. If this ever changes, I will definitely announce it on my website.
